Cancellation and Refund Policies

Introduction

Welcome to the Cancellation and Refund Policies of YesPallet (hereinafter, “the Platform”). This document provides information on how to proceed if you wish to cancel an order and under what conditions you can request a refund of the amount paid.

We recommend carefully reading these policies before making any payment. By finalizing a purchase order, it is understood that you have reviewed and accepted the guidelines established herein.

1. Cancellation Policies

Once the purchase order payment has been made, the User may cancel it and request a refund of the amount paid, subject to the following conditions:

1.1 Cancellation within the First 60 Minutes

Within the first 60 (sixty) minutes following the payment of the purchase order, the User may request the total cancellation of the order and a full refund without any penalty.

Note: If payment is made by bank card, the User is responsible for the payment platform fees; this amount will be withheld by YesPallet at the time of the refund.

1.2 Cancellation from Minute 61 and Before 24 Hours

Starting from minute 61 and before 24 (twenty-four) hours have elapsed since payment, the User may request a total cancellation of the order and a refund of the amount paid. In this case:

  • A 10% penalty of the total transaction amount will be applied.
  • If payment was made by bank card, the User will also assume the costs of using the payment platform.

Both amounts will be withheld by YesPallet at the time of the refund.

1.3 Cancellation After 24 Hours

After 24 hours have elapsed since the purchase order payment, the User cannot request the total cancellation of the order. At no time may a partial cancellation of the purchase order be requested, nor will changes from the User be accepted.

YesPallet reserves the right to cancel the shipment of the product and to inform the User of any changes in product specifications when extraordinary circumstances justify it.

1.4 Resolution and Authorization Deadlines

All cancellation requests will be resolved within 30 (thirty) days and are subject to authorization by YesPallet. If the cancellation is authorized, YesPallet will process the refund of the payment made by the User.

Please note that once the cancellation is authorized and the refund is carried out, the amounts corresponding to any applicable penalties and, if applicable, payment platform fees, will be deducted.
