By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditions as well as by the applicable legislation in Mexico. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the website.
Through the website, YesPallet provides information about various products sold by third parties. The sellers are independent companies, with no employment relationship with YesPallet.
Additionally, the website offers tutorials, guides, and articles regarding the use of the platform and the products offered, as well as the privacy policies and personal data usage policies to protect the User’s information.
YesPallet may modify these terms and conditions at any time; such changes shall take effect immediately upon being published on the site. Continued use of the site will be considered acceptance of the modifications made.
YesPallet acts as an intermediary between third-party product sellers and Users. The platform enables the purchase of products offered in Mexican territory, for personal and non-commercial use only.
To access the services, the User must register by providing truthful information. Once the account is verified and approved, the User can use the platform and designate up to three addresses for the delivery of their purchases.
The User may create purchase orders by providing the required information. The order is formalized by selecting the product, quantity, and delivery address, and then confirming the purchase by clicking the “buy now” button.
After the order is confirmed, the User must make the payment immediately through the electronic payment system offered by YesPallet. The charge will be made in advance, and payments are final, except for exceptions determined by YesPallet.
The merchandise will be delivered to the address selected by the User on the product page and confirmed in the payment order. The delivery period is between eight (8) and twenty-one (21) business days, counted from the day after the payment for the corresponding purchase order is made.
Delivery time may vary depending on the port of arrival and the final destination of the merchandise.
Courier and/or home delivery services will be provided by a company independent of YesPallet. In the event that the maximum delivery period is exceeded, the User may enforce the applicable complaint and refund policies.
Once an order is placed and paid for, the User can cancel it within the first 60 minutes without penalty. Between 60 minutes and 24 hours, there will be a 10% penalty on the total amount. After 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible.
To cancel without penalty, the User must send an email to cancelacion@yespallet.com with the details and reason. After cancellation is accepted, the refund will be issued within no more than 48 hours.
For cancellations after 60 minutes and up to 24 hours, the User must send an email to cancelaciones@yespallet.com, incurring a 10% penalty on the total value of the transaction. The refund will be processed within a maximum of 72 hours after the cancellation is accepted.
YesPallet guarantees that merchandise purchased through the platform will have an insurance policy for its transportation. It is YesPallet’s obligation to provide the User with this policy. In the event of a loss, the User must strictly follow the steps set forth in the applicable policy.
If any incident arises during interactions between the User and YesPallet, the User has 48 hours to submit a report to reporte@yespallet.com. Reports submitted after this period will not be addressed.
The User is responsible for their interaction with the platform. They must watch the instructional video, register by providing truthful information, read and accept these terms and conditions, have sufficient capacity to make the required payments, and comply with the necessary requirements and documentation for importing products.
The sole party responsible for manufacturing or usage defects of purchased items is the seller. The User must request the warranty directly from the supplier; however, YesPallet will act as a facilitator through the email politicadegarantia@yespallet.com.
All content (images, text, software, etc.) is the property of YesPallet or authorized third parties. Its use without permission is strictly prohibited and is only permitted for informational or personal purposes.
The User must use the site for lawful purposes and comply with applicable legislation. Failure to do so may result in suspension or cancellation of their account, and YesPallet reserves the right to take legal action.
The User declares that the funds used in transactions do not originate from or are connected to illicit activities.
The User must provide truthful invoicing information. They will have three days to request the issuance or correction of tax receipts, in line with applicable tax regulations.
If charges that do not correspond to the contracted services are billed, the User must immediately contact reporte@yespallet.com so that the matter can be addressed.
The website may provide links to third-party websites. YesPallet does not control and is not responsible for the content of these sites. Use of such links is at the User’s own risk.
Personal information provided by the User will be collected and processed in accordance with YesPallet’s Privacy Policy, available on the website.
The headings of each clause are provided for ease of reference only and do not limit the scope or content of the established terms.
By using the website and its services, the User accepts to be legally bound by these terms and conditions.
The User declares that they are of legal age and have the legal capacity to accept these terms. If the User is under 18 years old and does not have authorization, they must not use the site.
YesPallet may suspend or discontinue the site at any time and deny access to Users who fail to comply with these terms or the applicable law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the local courts of the metropolitan area of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. Any dispute will be resolved under that jurisdiction, and if any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
